The principle of the high-speed roller feeder is to feed the feed by the output shaft of the punch. Therefore, the puncher must be equipped with a roller feeder. The puncher must have a drive shaft. What are the key points to be aware of when using the roller feeder:
1. Pay attention to check whether the screws and nuts between the mechanical mechanisms are loose.
2. The gear part of the roller feeder roller should be coated with gear butter and supplemented and replaced with gear oil before use and after a period of use to achieve the maintenance of this key component.
