The servo feeder is an automatic equipment integrating digital, mechanical and pneumatic, and plays an important role in the high-end stamping industry. Servo Feeder Machine repair work includes: routine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
1. Fault judgment: Do a thorough investigation of the fault scene, understand the fault performance, relevant contents in the working register and the buffer working register, and understand the contents of the program block and the self-diagnosis alarm content. In the analysis, the technical files and various materials of the feeder machine tool should be used to find out the various causes of the failure.
2. Troubleshooting: According to the cause of the failure, the corresponding repair method is adopted.
3. Daily maintenance:
1) Contents to be inspected daily: such as rail surface, lubricating oil tank, air source pressure, hydraulic system, CNC, I/O unit, various protective nets and various filter nets;
2) Irregular maintenance work: such as inspection and pressing or loosening of the guide rails, cleaning of the liquid level of the cooling water tank and the cleaning of the filter, smoothing of the chip conveyor, and elastic adjustment of the spindle transmission belt;
3) Inspection and maintenance work every six months or every year: such as ball screw grease replacement coating, replacement of spindle fuel tank oil, servo motor carbon brush cleaning of feeder, replacement of lubricating oil and cleaning of hydraulic pump.
