The leveling feeder will inevitably have some faults during operation. Here is a brief explanation of the general faults:
First, the relaxation device is not smooth
1. Check if the positioning guide pin in the mold is normal, check and correct it carefully.
2. There is an offset in the feeding direction to check whether the working direction is correct or not.
3. The eccentric shaft and the loose shaft lose oil and are cleaned with kerosene and filled with butter.
Second, the feeding has no regularity error
1. Check whether the pressure plate is evenly stressed and adjust the pressure of the relaxation device.
2. If the feeding mechanism is pneumatically relaxed, check if the pressure of the air compressor is normal.
3. Check whether the coils fed into the material rack are on the same level as the feeder and mold.
Third, sudden errors occur when feeding
1. Whether the leveling machine is matched with the NC feeder, or whether the intermediate distance between the leveler and the feeder and the material arc height and punching speed are appropriate.
2. Adjust the belt properly and check whether the length, width and thickness of the coil are standard.
